Solar Panels in Chloraka

Solar for Chloraka's hillside village and coastal strip, from a team based minutes away in Paphos.

Chloraka sits about 3–5km northwest of Paphos town, and it is really two different places under one name: the older village core on the hillside, and the seafront strip of villas and apartment complexes closer to the water. We size systems differently for each.

The village side tends toward tiled or traditional roofs and permanent, year-round households. The coastal strip is a mix of retirees, expats and holiday-home owners, often in modern builds within a few hundred metres of the sea.

Both are common here, and the right system depends on which one you have and how the property is actually used through the year.

What changes near the coast

Properties close to the water face more salt-laden air, which is a real factor in mounting hardware and cable management over a system's lifetime. Our 5kW installation on the Paphos coast used corrosion-resistant fixings for exactly this reason.

If your Chloraka property sits near the seafront, we specify accordingly rather than using the same hardware we would on a hillside home a kilometre inland.

Serving Chloraka and nearby areas

We install throughout Chloraka, both the village and the coastal strip, and in neighbouring Emba, Lemba, Kissonerga and Paphos town.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. For homes near the Chloraka seafront we specify corrosion-resistant mounting and cabling, the same approach used on our other coastal installations, rather than standard inland hardware.
Yes. Our base is in Paphos, a few minutes from Chloraka, so we are genuinely local for the assessment, installation and ongoing support.
It depends on how the property is used. A part-year holiday home has a different consumption pattern from a permanent residence, which changes the sizing and whether a battery makes sense. We work this out from your actual usage, not a generic package.
