When a standard home system is not enough. Scalable KSTAR battery cabinets and 50kW hybrid inverters, engineered for large residences, businesses and industrial sites across Cyprus.
Not every project fits a residential system. A large villa with heavy loads, a hotel, a cold store, a workshop or a factory needs a different class of equipment: higher power, far more storage, and industrial-grade thermal and safety management. For these, we design around KSTAR commercial and industrial energy storage, sized to the real load profile of the site.
The same engineering-first principle applies as with our home systems. We do not simply install the biggest cabinet available. We study the consumption, the peak demand, the tariff structure and the goal, whether that is self-consumption, peak shaving, backup, or a combination, and then specify the configuration that fits.
KSTAR's commercial and industrial range is modular: battery cabinets combine with 50kW hybrid inverters, and units run in parallel to reach the capacity a site needs. Configurations scale from a single cabinet for a large home up to multi-cabinet installations for industrial loads.
| Cabinet | Capacity | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| BC100DE | 102.4 kWh | CATL LFP cells, integrated BMS, air conditioning. For small to medium C&I and large homes. |
| BC197DE | 197 kWh | Larger cabinet for commercial loads, same modular platform. |
| BC215DE | 215 kWh · 125 kW | 12 LiFePO₄ modules (17.92 kWh each), IP54 outdoor cabinet, C4 anti-corrosion, −30°C to +50°C. Up to 20 units in parallel. |
| Inverter | Power | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| KAC50DP | 50 kW | Three-phase hybrid inverter with multiple electrical protections. Combined with battery cabinets for modular configurations. |
Because the platform is modular, the same building blocks cover a wide range of projects:
These are illustrative building blocks, not fixed packages. The right configuration for your site comes from a proper load study, not from a catalogue.
Villas with pools, heat pumps, EV charging and high evening demand, where a standard 10kWh battery is not enough.
Hotels, shops and offices reducing daytime grid imports and protecting against outages.
Workshops, cold stores and factories using peak shaving and load balancing to control energy costs.
Sites that cannot afford downtime, where stored energy keeps essential operations running.
At residential scale, an oversized system mostly wastes money. At commercial and industrial scale, the wrong specification can mean failed peak-demand management, poor return on a large investment, or a system that does not match the tariff it was meant to optimise. This is exactly where an engineer-led approach pays off: the design starts from your bills, demand profile and objectives, and the equipment follows.
