Pricing depends on system size, roof type, phase connection and whether battery storage is included. Because every property differs, we prepare a free, no-obligation assessment based on your actual electricity bills before quoting. Contact us and we will give you a clear, itemised proposal.
Net Billing is the scheme under which new solar installations in Cyprus operate. Energy you export to the grid is credited at a much lower rate than the price you pay for imported electricity, so the value of solar comes mainly from using your own production. This is why correct sizing and, in many cases, battery storage matter. We review the current EAC terms with you during the assessment, as tariffs and rules can change.
Under Net Billing, batteries often improve the economics significantly because they let you use your own evening consumption from stored solar instead of buying from the grid. Whether it is worth it for you depends on your consumption pattern, which we analyse before recommending anything. If your profile does not justify a battery, we will tell you so.
Only if the system is designed for it. Whole-home backup keeps the entire switchboard powered within the limits of the inverter and battery; essential-loads backup keeps selected circuits on, such as lights, fridge and router. High-power loads like ovens or large air-conditioning units may exceed backup capacity. We define exactly what stays on during the design study, so there are no surprises.
The physical installation of a typical residential system takes one to two days. The overall timeline including the EAC application, which we prepare and submit for you, varies with current processing times; we give you a realistic estimate at the time of your application.
Yes. Our base is Paphos, and we install across Cyprus, including Limassol, Nicosia and Larnaca. Cleaning and maintenance services currently focus on the Paphos district.
Warranty terms depend on the specific equipment selected: panel, inverter and battery manufacturers each provide their own product and performance warranties, which we document clearly in every proposal so you know exactly what is covered and for how long.
Battery storage increases self-consumption by shifting your solar energy to the evening; it does not automatically provide power during outages. Backup capability requires an inverter designed for it and appropriate wiring. Off-grid means the property runs entirely without a grid connection. These are different system designs with different costs, and we clarify which one matches your needs during the assessment.
